1. Guest Privacy & Data Protection
We understand the importance of your personal information. All data collected during booking, check-in, or stay is used solely for administrative and operational purposes. We comply with all applicable Indian privacy laws.
What we collect:
- Full Name, ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.)
- Contact number and address
- Booking and payment details
Usage:
- For check-in verification
- For guest service improvements
- For emergency or law enforcement requirements
We never share or sell guest data with any third party without your explicit consent.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM
Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
To ensure hygiene and timely room preparation, late checkout requests are managed as follows:
- Till 5:00 PM: 50% of room tariff applicable
- After 5:00 PM: Full-day charge applies
Subject to room availability. Late check-out without prior approval may not be possible during high occupancy.
3. Pick-Up & Drop Services (Katra Railway Station & Bus Stand)
We offer pick-up and drop service ( Chargeable ) within Katra town from:
- Katra Bus Stand
- Helipad (on prior request)
- Banganga
Timings: Only between 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Requests for pickup/drop beyond this time may not be entertained unless approved in advance.
4. Digital Room Key Card Policy
Every guest is issued a digital key card at check-in.
- In case of loss or damage, a ₹500 replacement fee will be charged.
- Return the card at the time of check-out at the front desk.
- Keep your card safe, as it grants access to your room and facilities.
5. Housekeeping & Room Cleaning Policy
Room cleaning is conducted only upon guest request.
To request room cleaning:
- Submit your digital key card at the reception
- Inform the front office staff directly
No cleaning will be done in rooms that are locked or occupied without prior guest approval.
6. Guest Property & Lost Items
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings inside the guest rooms.
- Guests are advised to keep valuable items (cash, jewelry, gadgets) either with them or deposit at the hotel’s front desk safe.
Report any lost or found items immediately at reception.
7. Visitor Policy
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Entry of outside guests in rooms is strictly prohibited without prior approval.
8. Noise & Behavior Policy
To maintain peace and comfort:
- Loud music or parties inside rooms are not allowed
- Unruly behavior, disrespect to staff, or property damage will result in eviction without refund
- Alcohol consumption is restricted to room premises only (if permitted under local law)
9. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas and rooms.
- Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- Fine of ₹2,000 for violation.
10. Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Children below 5 years stay free without an extra bed.
- Extra person charges apply for children above 5 years and adults.
- Extra bed (on request): Subject to availability with applicable charges.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation if done 72 hours prior to check-in
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows
- Early departure is subject to cancellation fees based on remaining stay duration
12. Force Majeure Clause
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as landslides, road closures, curfews, natural disasters, or law enforcement instructions, Hotel Bali Resort holds no liability for service disruption or cancellation.
13. Billing & Taxes
- All tariffs are subject to 12% GST
- Final bill to be settled during check-out
- We accept UPI, Cash, Debit/Credit Cards
